On March 27, 2016, Ryan O Neal has been asked to drum for  the mighty Tempest.  After a few jam sessions, Ryan found Chicago native, Rhythm Guitarist Dan Hickman, better known as Bat Dan to the Green Jello faithful. His influences include, KISS, Judas Priest, and Prince. C.C. has played with Vegas bands such as Missing Zelda, and Three Blind Mice in which he has had the honor of sharing the stage with Jeff Duncan of Armored Saint , and DC4. C.C. joined up with the Dogz in February of 2016.And finally to the Dog Pound, Big Daddy D, like almost every musician, his story is much the same. He heard those songs when he was just barely waste high to his Dad and knew he had to play Music. Big Daddy D finally picked up a pair of drumsticks around 13 years old and started learning this craft for real. In his senior year of high school he was presented with opportunities to attend Julliard for percussion. During his Senior Year in high school he picked up the guitar and he was offered a chance to attend MI/GIT for guitar. Big Daddy D ‘s guitar style is heavily influenced by Dave Murray & Adrian Smith (Iron Maiden), Jake Lee, (Ozzy, Red Dragon Cartel) George Lynch (Dokken), Vivian Campbell ( Dio), Eric Clapton, BB King and Stevie Ray Vaughn (second cousin on his father’s side). His biggest personal influence in music is probably his Aunt Candy who was an Organist with Deep Purple. It was his Aunt that taught him how to tune a guitar at the age of eleven and told him “don’t you ever forget this”. It wasn’t until nearly a decade later that Candy finally got to hear him play. Of course he played “Smoke on the water” and played it correctly. She leaned over to his mother with a tear in her eye and said “ see Maggie, he actually paid attention”. Now the Dog Pound is Packed.
